Being in a bind can be difficult enough, and it can be much harder due to the negative perceptions towards "needing to borrow money". However my experience was quite the opposite. The Divisonal Training Manager, Katie Crawford, assisted me that day. She went well above and beyond to not only help me with my loan, but also setting my mind at ease...this was my first time utilizing this process. She went as far as staying late, after her shift ended, to ensure that I received this help that I was needing. She was a breath of fresh air, and would be a great role model for any employee on having excellent people skills.
