  I would highly recommend the Nick Peskoe Real Estate Group and especially our agent, Joy Colvin. I was looking to relocate to Louisville and I decided to buy vs rent. Joy was patient in answering my questions and made the process so very easy when at times it seemed that we were never getting to settlement. I only had a short time in town to look at houses and Joy was able to schedule 13 visits over 2 days a major feat in itself. She was able to help me find a house within budget that I to this day still absolutely love. Joy started the process as our agent but by the end she was a very dear friend. The staff was also friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
