- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The ATM machines are always down or hardly functioning. This location serves a large area since the PNC on Woodlawn closed. Every time I try to use one of the ATM's, it's either not accepting checks, or out of order, or will not allow you to make a withdrawal. It is completely unacceptable.By jason rubino, April 29, 2017
