  This bank has terrible customer service and processes. It took them minutes to approve a loan for me to purchase a car. However, the process to ship a vehicle over seas for military is absolutely ridiculous. You have to send them a credit report, I JUST BOUGHT A CAR WITH A LOAN FROM YOU! The process is 10 days to review forms with no updates along the way about when to expect an answer. Did I mention you have to schedule with military to drop off vehicle and they only have specific spots in the country in which to do so. So you have to drive usually around 5 hours to drop off the vehicle and then fly back. That takes scheduling as well and costs more money to do last minute. Should have stuck with my bank, USAA. Much more friendly and able to get things done when time is critical. They don't just stick to a process.
