  The worst experience ever nobody ever answers the phone or emails ( they always say they never received them) getting maintenance done is a joke!!! I had the furnace go out in 30 degrees and they told me they would get someone out in a few days....because it was a Sunday and they didn't want to pay the extra to have someone come right then. We have a leak in the basement bathroom which is now causing mold and when I told them about it for the 10th time in 2 years and sent an email(which they say they never got) to with hold the rent they send me a letter asking to leave. Also when we moved in the house was so dirty their was dead bugs throughout the kitchen cabinets. It was so bad that I paid someone to clean it because the cleaning lady never showed up when she was supposed to come (I was 7 months pregnant and couldn't clean them) and then I bought paper to put in the cabinets. Claire and Raine were always very nice but my overall experience was horrible and I wouldn't recommend them nor would I rent from them again!
