  I have to say what a pleasure it was working with Dan Nitzken, these last 2 years as our buyer’s agent. We were semi-difficult clients but we had a really good idea of what we wanted and weren't going to compromise. He handled us very well was very patient and did a really great job of listening to us. He was always ready to look at a house on short notice and never even rescheduled with us and we looked at 70+ homes over two years, the one time he was out of town he made sure we had a fill in agent standing by to work with us. Even after we closed and took possession of the house, he continued to help us with some condition issues that arose. Dan also did a rental listing for our previous home and showed the apartment for us. I can’t recommend Dan anymore highly.
